About us
We manage rental homes the way we would want ours managed.
Founded in 1998, Coldwell Banker Properties brings decades of real estate and property management experience to homeowners, investors, buyers and renters. Today, we oversee more than 100 rental homes and serve clients across California, Texas, New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, North Carolina, Georgia and New Jersey. Our approach is built around clear communication, responsible property care and dependable service. From marketing vacant homes and screening prospective tenants to coordinating maintenance, collecting rent and helping owners navigate their next real estate decision, we aim to make property ownership simpler and more rewarding.
How we work
Three rules we hold ourselves to
Verified before advertised
No home is listed until we have checked who owns it and who may rent it out.
The same rules for everyone
Written screening criteria, published before anyone pays to apply, applied the same way to every applicant.
Owners decide, on the record
Money and tenant decisions wait for the owner's approval, and every action is logged.
