Coldwell Banker Properties wants people with disabilities to be able to use this website and its services. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we have done

• We use headings, labels and page landmarks to support screen-reader navigation.
• We support keyboard navigation and provide a skip link.
• We use visible focus indicators and color contrast designed to meet our target.
• We add text alternatives to meaningful images and names to controls.
• We use clear instructions and error messages in forms.
• We test pages at different screen sizes and zoom levels.

Known limits

Some homes include embedded three-dimensional tours provided by third parties. Their controls, captions or keyboard support may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We do not control the third party's software. We can provide property information, images, a floor plan or another available format when an embedded tour is hard to use.

If you cannot use any part of the site, use our contact page or email [email protected]. Tell us the page, the problem, the format you need and the best way to reach you. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and work with you on an accessible way to get the information or service.

You may also ask for a document in an alternative format or for help completing a form. Asking for accessibility help will not affect a housing application or service.
