How a home goes live
We check ownership before anything is advertised. It protects you and the renters who answer the listing.
- Rental analysis and callWe agree the rent, the screening criteria and how you want to work.
- Prove ownershipUpload your photo ID and the deed or tax record. If the home is held by a company, add the company documents and who can sign for it.
- Sign the agreementA management agreement, or an authorization to advertise if you self-manage.
- Photos, 3D tour and listingThe listing goes live here and on the rental sites, under one listing ID renters can verify.
